Collegiate Women's Development Committee

The objective of Collegiate Women's Development Committee's (CWDC) is to foster and support the professional and personal development of women (student as well as faculty) using four pillars: information, support, networking, and services. The Committee aspires to do this by implementing a program of events and activities throughout the year. It is driven by the noble intention to increase the spiritual, political, social or economic strength of the Women.The main aim of this committee is to enhance the selected skill areas integral to success in the academic environment. It also provides a forum for members to share and learn from each other. The Committee is dedicated to develop and promote women leaders and mentor members to help them achieve their peak performance while being at the institute.

Plan of Action

The following is the list of proposed program/event to be organized under this committee:

• Sanitary Care Awareness Program.
• Awareness regarding Malnutrition and its impact on physical and mental health.
• Special care for Sore Throat and stress management for the female faculties at the institute.
